Virtual Coaching

Are you looking for personalized professional development that you can do on your timeline? Professional coaching may be right for you.

Coaching improves individual performance that can impact an entire organization. When approached strategically, coaching ensures that the individual’s leadership and interpersonal skills are aligned with the organization’s desired leadership brand.

Program Specifications

Inforum’s strategic coaching program is open to any individual or organization.
Candidates will be able to choose from a pool of verified coaches.
Initial program enrollment is six or more coaching sessions. Additional sessions may be added.
Where relevant, an organizational stakeholder interview will be conducted before coaching begins.
Various assessments are available to coaching clients at an additional cost.
