Helping Women Veterans See What’s Possible and Get Farther, Faster.
Thousands of our country’s military Veterans are reentering the workforce each year and women are the fastest-growing group within the Veteran population. Companies want to create an environment where women Veterans can build successful and rewarding careers and they can retain these valued employees who have extensive experience and transferable skills. To address this unique need, Inforum developed Next4Vets, a custom leadership program for women Veterans continuing to navigate transition and grow their careers.
Course starts January 25, 2023
Women Veterans
Next4Vets, one of the few programs designed with women Veterans in mind, provides a confidential forum to help them clarify career objectives and communicate their assets in order to leverage them in the corporate world.
Hiring and Retention
We tap into a powerful network of successful women veterans in company leadership roles eager to offer support.
Support
Participants will identify and formulate individual development plans to strengthen their genuine presence within the context of their personal leadership styles and respective company culture.
Customized-content delivered in a peer setting enables participants to:
- Increase awareness of and translate transferable skills
- Understand how to build on current strengths
- Implement specific leadership competencies aligned with success in a corporate setting
- Identify potential skills gaps and develop a plan to address them
- Dispel myths and overcome stereotypes about women Veterans
- Hear stories from women Veterans about their personal experiences and success strategies
- Learn from program facilitators with both military and corporate experience
