Learning Labs are hands-on, skill-based 90-minute sessions that bring real-world perspective from a practitioner with expertise in a particular field or subject. The labs are designed with top-notch instruction and feature individual and small-group activities that foster intentional connections and fast-paced learning. Session topics are selected to complement leadership development at different stages of careers. Participants will walk away with new information and concrete takeaways that carry the learning into practice.

In this lab you will discuss how forgiveness is a conscious decision to release feelings of hurt, anger, bitterness or vengeance toward a person, group, situation, or yourself, and learn rituals/tools for processing and marking forgiveness (of oneself and others).

Virtual Lab: Emotional Intelligence: Harnessing your Personal Power

Emotional Intelligence is four times more important in determining the success of an individual than how intellectually smart they are. This workshop will focus on the four quadrants of emotional intelligence, (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management) but will specifically highlight self-awareness in which personal power is one of the competencies.
In this lab, you will:
-Learn about the pitfalls of not recognizing, owning, and using your personal power which sometimes results in you falling into the victim loop
-Discover how the relationship with oneself is the foundation upon which understanding and harnessing our personal power stands upon

Virtual Lab: Results-Driven Teamwork: How to Build Trust, Accountability, & Commitment on Your Team
