Genuine Leadership Presence™ is a research-based program that links the mastery of authentic presence within the context of a company’s culture. For women, Genuine Leadership Presence provides the strategies to personally define and demonstrate authentic leadership. For companies, Genuine Leadership Presence accelerates career development and improves retention of top female talent.

Program Description
Each session includes a combination of individual, small- and large-group interaction and experiential exercises
Each participants receives three hours of one-on-one coaching
Participants create individual development plans that strengthen presence within the context of their personal leadership styles and respective company cultures
The program span allows participants time to practice key learnings in the workplace and receive ongoing feedback
Content modules focus on reputation; power and perceptions; leveraging power tools; understanding and creating a professional style

- Three 5-hour in-person sessions; 12:00 – 5:00 PM
Virtual
- Two 3-hour virtual sessions: 12:30 – 3:30 PM

- Unique opportunity to learn more about virtual presentation platforms and their functions
