Authentic Leadership Presence™ links the mastery of authentic presence to your company’s values and culture. For women, this program provides the strategies to personally define and demonstrate authentic leadership. For companies, it accelerates career development and improves retention of top female talent.

Learning with Virtual & In-Person Courses
Program Description
- Each session includes a combination of individual, small- and large-group interaction and experiential exercises
- Each participants receives three hours of one-on-one coaching
- Participants create individual development plans that strengthen presence within the context of their personal leadership styles and respective company cultures
- The program span allows participants time to practice key learnings in the workplace and receive ongoing feedback
- Content modules focus on reputation; power and perceptions; leveraging power tools; understanding and creating a professional style
Outcomes
- Significant increase in self-awareness regarding leadership presence and confirmation of authentic qualities and characteristics
- Assessing how presence is defined within the participant’s organization and creating an action plan aligned with personal goals and values and organizational goals and values
- Ability to manage leadership presence perceptions
- Expanded professional network

In-Person
- Three 5-hour in-person sessions; 10:00 – 3:30 PM
- Three hours of virtual one-on-one coaching
Virtual
- Two 3-hour virtual sessions: 12:30 – 3:30 PM
- Two 2-hour virtual sessions: 12:30 – 2:30 PM
- Three hours of virtual one-on-one coaching
